Louie The Lure Designs, LLC is an ecommerce, print on demand website. Operating as such a business, printed items are produced for our customers on a “as needed” basis.

How Do I Pay?

We accept major credit cards as well as PayPal as acceptable ways to pay.

When will my item ship?

In general, items will ship 24 to 72 hours after your order is placed and payment made. If there are any shipping delays, we will email you as soon as possible.

What if I want to return an item?

We offer an exchange policy for any items shown to be shipped damaged or defective. We can offer a gift card for the purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.

How can you track my shipment?

We will be notified once your shipment is sent out and the tracking information is provided for you to follow the delivery of your item. This confirmation email will provide you with the details of your order when in transit.

What happens if my order is missing or late?

Please contact us at info@louiethelure.com and we will track down your shipment and email you as soon as possible.

How am I notified of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive the email after your order is placed.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Since we ship for free (unless expedited), you can place another order for the items you want.

Do you offer live support?

At this time, we do not offer live support but we will answer email inquiries as quickly as business during our business hours Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST.
